She began her acting career in the early 2000s and has since appeared in numerous films and TV shows. She is best known for her roles in the movies Kaksparsh and Aamhi Doghi, for which she won the Best Actress award at the Screen Awards and also for her role as a lead in the Marathi serial “Eka Lagnachi Dusri Goshta” which was aired on Zee Marathi.

Priya is currently seen in the web series “City Of Dreams” on Disney+ Hotstar and “Aani Kay Hava” on MX player. She is managed by Shraddha Kumar and is also the Co-Founder of Sawenchi. Priya is married to actor Umesh Kamat since 2011 and stands at a height of 1.67 m.
